  • Q. Which is better Splendor Plus, Shine Sp or Pulsar 150?

The Bajaj Pulsar 150 still remains a great option if you’re looking for an entry-level 150cc motorcycle. The motor offers likeable performance with a hint of brashness which made the Pulsar brand so popular among the youth, and being a Bajaj offering, it has been priced aggressively as well. The styling could have been better and build quality in the long run needs to improve, but it still remains a well-rounded motorcycle. Whereas, Honda Shine SP is one of the best looking 125cc bikes out there. The bike handles well, and the motor is refined and spunky. Overall, the Shine SP boasts good levels of fit and finish, and given Honda's penchant for making reliable bikes, is almost a no-brainer. Whereas, The Hero Splendor Plus has been one of, if not the, most iconic motorcycles in India. The motorcycle has, over the years, proved its worth by being the reliable motorcycle that it is. • Q. What is known as i3s and ADPV - Splendor Plus?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

    - i3s stands for "Idle Stop-Start System" and Hero MotoCorp developed this technology to improve the mileage of its bikes under the Indian Riding Conditions. This system automatically switches off the engine after waiting for about 5 seconds when it sense no response. It, then, switches the engine on when you simply press the clutch. For e.g. at a traffic signal. The system then restarts the engine automatically as soon as you press the clutch. So when the rider wants to go, the engine starts by simply pressing the clutch again. That's it. You don't have to follow the routine procedure to re-start it. This prevents running of the engine from idling when not needed. Thus, it improves mileage. - ADPV stands for "Advanced Pro Series Digital Variable Ignition System". The ignition of the spark plugs in motorcycles is controlled digitally. Which should benefit in better and more efficient combustion of fuel. It helps in better burning of air-fuel mixture by controlling ignition system, hence better fuel economy and power output.

I3s is hero's petented technology for the save duel in traffic . It work like when you stop in traffic more than 10 sec in neutral gear then the bike will automatically off, after when you engage cluge then automatically bike will start , you don't have to press stater button or kick .
