- Both TVS Raider and Hero Splendor Plus are good commuters and offer a lot to the riders. TVS’ has certainly come back to the 125cc segment with a bang with the Raider. It’s fun to ride, feature-packed, feels rather premium and is well priced too. It is definitely one of the most well-rounded offerings in the 125cc space. On the other hand, the Splendor is one of the most iconic motorcycles in India and also one of the best-selling. It has proved itself as a dependable workhorse and is backed by a massive sales and service network. However, it remains to be seen whether the Splendor Plus BS6’s sales success will survive the sizable price hike. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. - You may go for a big-sized tyre but upsizing the size of a tyre is increasingly becoming an obsession with people to create an added visual appeal to their bike. Moreover, It is advisable to go for an upgrade anywhere between the 3% margin for better performance and handling, increased grip, and creating visual appeal. Do take note that upsizing the wheels and tyres may decrease the fuel efficiency of the bike and may result in a speedometer error on the bike if upsizing is not correct.
- At your own risk.
- Both TVS Raider and Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon are good bikes in the segment. However, its lower-than-its-class fuel efficiency may not appeal to the more conservative 125cc buyers. Whereas, TVS’ has certainly come back to the 125cc segment with a bang with the Raider. TVS Raider User Reviews
5.0Riding this bike for last
Riding this bike for last 4 months and i have to say that this is the best 125cc when comes to looks and riding quality.Engine is responsive with immediate power delivery also gear box is smooth with gear shift indicator and other indications like top speed, Dte etc.Exhaust pipe makes very good sound and you will feel like any higher cc motorcycle.Rear tyre wide enough for 125cc segment so cornering is not an issue. Also usb charger is inbuilt now.Led drl looks cool but turn indicators are halogen still.Overall a value for motorcycle for 125cc segment.Share

I've been using the tvs raider as a college student for a few months, And i'm generally satisfied with it.The bike has a beautiful design and seems stylish when travelling.Although it might be a little bouncy on difficult roads, The ride quality is also rather good.Additionally, The mileage is decent, Which is crucial for budget-conscious college students. The only drawback is that there isn't much storage, Which might be problematic if you need to transport a lot of items.Overall, I believe the tvs raider is a wonderful bike for college students looking for a sleek, Dependable, And fuel-efficient vehicle.Share
Good Build quality
The bike is economic-centric. Build quality is okay not very good. The engine sound is very good but after running for a long time it starts producing struggle sounds. The pickup is very good and the mileage is superb. It easily crosses 551 kmpl on highways and 50+ kmpl in cities. Moreover, the handle balance is good as compared to other bikes in TVS. Service cost is also very economical and doesn't exceed RS 1000.Share
The tvs raider is a recipient of the bike of the year, Making it one of the greatest 125 cc motorcycles on the market right now.Its high octane performance for its size, As well as the quantity of features it receives, Making it a formidable competitor in the class. At the same time, The plastics' quality and a bouncy rear suspension should have been handled better.Share
