Recently Asked User Questions
- Go for pulsar for performance and street racing and go for fz if comfort is your priority but Yamaha maintenance is way high
- Depending on what kinds of bike u want. For a family guy pulsar 150 is good option as seating on pulsar is way comfortable than that of FZs. FZs is naked sport bike whereas pulsar 150 is commuter.
- FZ-S, just because of its handling, i ride My FZ-S FI V2.0 Continuously 200-250 KM on 80-90 KMPH, i did not Feel Tired, the machine Did not Give me any pain to me or to my pocket also.
- It will not create any problems if you maintain it properly.Do not used things like extra loud horn ,extra decorative light etc.
- Dual disc is better but it has lesser mileage than single disc variants due to thicker tyre.
- Double disc will be better but keep in mind the absence of a kick starter.
- Neon and classic are the same because neon comes in 3 colors now, neon silver (CLASSIC), neon red and neon lemon. Now, STD and neon have a difference in stickering, as neon doesn't come with stickers and STD comes with stickers. Pulsar 150 Dual disc is pulsar 180(dimension wise), with 150cc engine. It has fatter rear tires as well as rear discs. Also, the front disc is larger. But it misses out on kick starter.I have mentioned all the facts. Measure your pros and cons and decide.
- Neon is the base model of the pulsar 150 in terms of pricing. It has a simple look as that of the classic but no graphics available and as a result the price is much low. Std and dual disc and classic are more or less same. They have color options with graphic designs. Dual disc have engine cowl and engine guard.
- Dual diac is best as per feature wise. Neon is cheapest version. Engine specification is same in all variants. You can buy any according to your budget and feature preferences. Also consider Yamaha's FZs-fi v3.

Pulsar 150Riding the Bajaj Pulsar 150 - A Mixed Bag
Two years down the line with the Bajaj Pulsar 150, I had my fair share of highs and lows with this mid range performer. The 149 cc engine is robust, delivering a power of 14 PS which makes overtaking on highways a breeze. The mileage figure stands decently at around 50 km/l ,which is decent given the fluctuating fuel prices. However, despite its performance perks, the gear shifting is a bit clunky which can be a turnoff. Another downside for me has been the braking system which lacks the initial bite, although the bike is equipped with ABS.

Pulsar 150Iconic Powerhouse
" Without any doubt, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 will come to mind as a symbol for strength and certainty among motorcycles. Equipped with this vehicle's powerful engine and tough look, it is ready to give an ultimatum to every unlucky ride adjustment. Since they be coping with daily traffic as well as long distances, Pulsar 150 shows it can always be very energetic and responsive. The bike's convenient seats and easy handling functions have made it the preferred mode of movement not only for those who have been riding earlier but also of the less expert cyclists. Brand image for reliability and density has helped Bajaj Pulsar 150 to maintain tradition for far beyond its competitors."
