Q. I have bullet 350 Electra 2005 model but now I am facing lot of problem, two times it's half engine is done but after running 7000km tic tic sounds are again coming is it from engine???

Check with speedometer, there will be a cable which rotates when the wheel rotates, sometimes it causes continuous noise when you run at low speeds.

I think your service center is has not done a good job

Tic tic sound often comes in petrol engine while you come from any ride. in many bikes I have seen this.
