The premise of scooter-commuting is always a delightful one, given the practicality, the ease of riding one and the weather-proof under-seat storage it brings with it. The Destini topped that with the promise of 125cc-class performance, on which it duly delivered. There’s ample knee room, enough room to try lower-body yoga activities on the expanse of the floorboard, and the handlebar-seat configuration is perfectly suitable for an hour-long urban stint. What contributes to its urban ability is the taut suspension. It’s sprung softly enough to make nothing feel jarring but there is a degree of firmness that makes you lean into corners with confidence even at, say, 70kmph. With a pillion (i.e. with the suspension loaded), the scooter takes in small bumps nicely. If you are riding solo and are on the lighter side, the same bumps can feel uncomfortable though. I have been riding the Hero Destini 125 for over a year now, mainly for my daily commutes in the bustling streets of my city. Here’s what I have found, at its heart lies a 124.6 cc engine makes it quite capable for quick accelerations needed in stop and go traffic. The scooter provides good value with features like the idle stop system, which helps save on fuel definitely a plus in today’s economic climate. The Destini 125 often feels underpowered when trying to overtake or on slight inclines, likely due to its 9 bhp power output.

The Hero Destini 125 is a fuel-efficient and affordable 125cc scooter ideal for my daily rides with my friends . It is powered by a BS6 compliant 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This offers sufficient power for navigating city traffic and carrying a pillion rider comfortably. Hero claims a mileage of around 50 kmpl . However, the Destini 125 is known for its fuel efficiency, making it an economical choice for everyday rides . Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) is not available on the Destini 125.

I have driven destini 125.And i am fully satisfied to this scooter.I have experience this scooter is very easy comfortable digital looking stylish overall this is very good scooter.
