In my opinion, for a normal adult (Male or Female) it takes hardly few attempts to get the balance of the vehicle; to be precise, within a day (1 or 2 hours of practice with a trained help) So in short one does not need to put the balancing wheels and therefore it is not relevant to ask for RTO rules for the same.

This doesn't answer the mail question. There could be other reason for balancing issue. Question is not you can do with or without balancing or side wheels?

  • 8 Months with the TVS Scooty Pep Plus

Eight months ago, I decided to purchase the TVS Scooty Pep Plus. Its lightweight frame and enough powerfull engine makes 5 bhp have made it incredibly easy to maneuver through crowded city streets a huge plus for a daily office commute. It is also quite fuel efficient averaging about 60 kmpl which is economical. However, the small engine does struggle on inclines and with a payload the performance noticeably dips. Also, the build quality feels a bit on lower side when compared to other scooters in the market.
