    Yes, you can run a long but maintain your speed around 70-75 kmph for better performance.

    I’ve ridden it for 350 KM one way with no issues, I guess it can be used for 550 KM

    I've used it for 700km+ rides...If your cruise speed is 70-80, then this bike is ideal....Although vibrations tend to take a toll on the body...
