Recently Asked User Questions
- Honda Shine comes with better fuel efficiency and a refined engine. The BS6 Shine gets an ACG starter motor, which offers extremely silent, almost noiseless starts and a start/stop switch. Powering the Honda is a 125cc fuel-injected motor that makes 10.7PS of power and 11Nm of torque mated to a new 5-speed transmission. However, The Pulsar 125 does make a lot of sense for a novice rider looking for a motorcycle with a bit of oomph without having to forego one’s entire life savings. It is the most affordable Pulsar on sale right now. And TVS has gone the smarter route, keeping a thrilling ride experience as the USP, instead of a purely commuter-centric approach. Nevertheless, the TVS Raider seems like a solid product and a worthy (and stylish) alternative to the umpteenth Honda Shine. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
- As of now, there is no official update from the brand's end regarding the mileage of Honda Unicorn and Honda Shine. So, we would request you to wait for an official announcement.
- About honda unicorn newly bought bike will give upto 60 kmpl at a constant speed of upto 70 kmph in highway and 45 kmpl in city conditions
- Selecting between the Hero Splendor Plus and Honda Shine would depend on several factors such as your budget preference on the segment, features required, engine options, brand preference, etc. The Splendor is one of the most iconic motorcycles in India and also one of the best-selling. It has proved itself as a dependable workhorse and is backed by a massive sales and service network. However, it remains to be seen whether the Splendor Plus BS6’s sales success will survive the sizable price hike. Hero Splendor Plus is powered by a 97.2 cc engine that generates a max power of 8.02 PS @8000 rpm and a max torque of8.05 Nm @ 6000 rpm. On the other hand, the Honda Shine makes for an excellent proposition after the BS6 update. It offers a ton of features, a frugal engine with a 5-speed transmission and ACG starter motor which makes life much simpler. If you want a refined and a bit more powerful engine with a better feature list, you may go for Honda Shine. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride for a better understanding of comfort and compatibility. You may click on the link and select your desired city for dealership.

Honda shine is a versatile two wheeler model. I got it for a reasonable price from a nearby showroom which i think is affordable and worth the purchase. It has looks are like that of a normal bike but the functions are more simple and accessible. I have the black colour of this model which looks quite amazing. There are many colour options available.

ShineNot preferable for highway cruising
I bought Honda shine few month back and the experience is moderate. the looks are decent and build quality is good. it has a 125 cc engine with a mileage of 50-55kmpl. the main problem is that the engine is not much powerful and it starts vibrating on highways. otherwise all functioning is good and sitting posture is also comfortable.

ShineVery smooth ride quality
The Honda Shine is a popular 125cc motorcycle in India known for its reliability, fuel efficiency, and comfortable ride. I expect that it is around 60-65 kilometers per liter. It's got a classic and stylish design with a chrome headlight and sleek body. It offers comfortable riding position with an upright seating posture and well-cushioned seat for rider and pillion. Its 125cc BS6 compliant engine that offers good performance and fuel economy. It lacks in the ABS technology which is a concern topic

ShineVery smooth ride quality
Honda Shine gives me a very fantastic ride quality and the engine of this bike performs very smoothly and is a great fuel efficient bike and i got around 50 to 55 kmpl of mileage. The gearbox is very smooth and is very easy to ride and is great for the daily city riding but the price is high as compared to its competitors. It is a very reliable bike for the daily rides and the engine of this bike is decent performer but the features are very less in this bike.

Shinea city ride with the best
Honda Shine is a mix of luxury and elegance coming at a very good price. The exterior of this model is an attraction magnet. Its unique elements used in its making declare it one of the top models in the industries of bikes. I have a friend who owns this and he confirms the great performance of this vehicle. I too am planning to get this as soon as possible. Also I am really excited for this one.

XL1003.8Low budget
Tvs xl 100 is a good commuting vehicle. However design is not good and attractive but performance wise it is good for daily usage. It is a appreciable mileage of 80 kmpl. The pricing is also set on lower side which is affordable to everyone. The seat is too narrow and fuel tank is also small which could be improved. If you have a very low budget and want fuel efficient two wheeler then only go for tvs xl 100.

XL100Very affordable
This is all you need to get the work done with commuting and carrying luggage and if the budget is very tight and you want to done work then it is perfect choice. It gives lot of fun and with the TVS brand the maintenence is afforable and service is very good. With the low price TVS XL100 has a great loading capacity but the fuel tank capacity is small.

XL100higher quality drives
I got a mileage of 60 kmpl. offers a comfortable riding position with a single seat. The XL100 has a fuel tank capacity of around 4 liters which make me bother on long rides due to insuffucient oil.
