Q. I want to buy my first bike in 10 to 15 days. My budget is 1.70k which one is suitable for me for daily ride. I have short listed 3 bikes Suzuki Gixxer 250 SF, Bajaj Pulsar NS 200, and Royal Enfield classic 350? Is there any other bike in this price range?
  • Pulsar ns 200 is definitely superior over others in daily commute.I own a Gixxer 250 it's very difficult in city
  • Add 30k to your budget and go for New Dominar..400. You will love it in city and highway drive too
  • Gixxer 250 sf is not at all difficult i city, i own one. maybe, little bit, but not too much

Q. Is Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 better than Dominar 250 for city handling and mileage?
  • The Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 is powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, BS6-compliant engine which makes 26.5PS of power and 22.2Nm (0.4Nm down), mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Though the bike sports a outward appearance of an aggressive sport bike, the riding position is rather neutral. It’s got wide clip-on handlebars that are positioned quite close to the rider, and are reasonably tall. Also, the rider's seat itself is quite comfortable. As for the fuel efficiency, the bike delivers a claimed mileage of 37.5kmpl in the city and 40.95kmpl on highways, while the claimed fuel efficiency of Dominar 250 is 35.03kmpl. On the other hand, the Dominar 250 gets its traits from the elder sibling, the Dominar 400 which have proven to be quite comfortable to ride. We would suggest you to take a test ride of the bikes in order to get a better understanding of comfort and compatibility. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read More: - Bajaj Dominar 250 Road Test- Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Road Test Review- Bajaj Dominar 250 vs Suzuki Gixxer SF 250
  • Domi250 is naked tourer With drag handlebar and sf 250 is fully faired sports tourer with clip on handlebar. Domi250 riding position is better upright position than sf250. Sf250 is little agressive but sf250 engine refinement is much better. In city traffic don't worry for too much gear shifting in sf 250 and sf250 gives you better mileage and styling... If you ride for long distance then domi 250 is better.. your money your choice.. thank you bro..good luck for your new bike..
  • Totally , Dominar weighs much more than gixxer also the power to weight ratio is so bad you will have to rev the bike to get a good feel thereby reducing city mileage.

    Bajaj NS 400 : A Power-Packed Performer

The Bajaj NS 400 has been my daily companion for the past six months and it is quite the powerhouse. The bike's 400cc triple spark, 4 valve engine delivers a robust 44 horsepower and 35 Nm of torque, which means acceleration is brisk and there’s plenty of power on tap for overtaking and high speed cruising.Handling is another high point for the NS 400, thanks to its lightweight frame and responsive suspension setup. The bike feels agile and easy to maneuver, whether on busy city roads or open highways.

Will be a high performer bike

There is no need to introduction of Bajaj NS which is a brillant bike in all the engine capacity and obivously 399 cc engine will hit in the market because the 200 cc engine also very great and high performer. It will come as a affordable 400 cc bike that will give us a very nice design and style and will come with full digital console and all LED lights and will come with the dual channel ABS. I feel it will be a high performer bike and the expected price is around 2 lakh.

We are crazy about Ns. We

We are crazy about ns.We had expectations from the new model to have a good design.Lucky this look design is very bad.We expect bajaj to bring out another model of ns 400 which looks like the old ns.I was waiting for thin ns 400 for the last 2 years, Did it get upgraded soon? but now seeing such a bad model i would prefer to go to another company i hope the new model vibration comes out soon which is even better than the old ns we are waiting for.

    bringing space to you

Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 is an amazingly planned two-wheeler model, which has made to my bucket list ever since its launch. Amazing part is that it has a 5 star rating in safety and security terms. It is so convenient in terms of weight and size which is beautifully planned to designed from the exterior to the interior, inside out. This two wheeler falls under the price range of budget on an average basis. I highly recommend this to anyone who is as crazy about decent bikes as I am and planning on buying one for them.

    Awesome Bike

I recently bought a Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 and I'm impressed with it. This is the most underrated bike. It's a great bike for the price, and it offers a great combination of performance, style, and affordability. The engine is smooth and refined, and it offers good performance throughout the rev range. The bike can reach a top speed of over 140 km/h, but it's also easy to ride at slower speeds. The handling is also excellent, and the bike corners well. The ride quality is good, but it can be a bit stiff on rough roads. The Gixxer SF 250 is also a fuel-efficient bike. I've been getting around 38 km/l in real-world conditions, which is great for both city and highway riding. The bike comes with a variety of features, including a fully digital instrument cluster, an LED headlight, and a split seat. It also has a dual-channel ABS. Overall, I'm very happy with the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. It's a great bike for anyone looking for a sporty and affordable motorcycle. It offers good performance, Handling, Ride quality, and fuel efficiency. It's also packed with features. It looks great. The design is sporty and aggressive, and the black color is very sleek. It's comfortable to ride, even for long distances. It's easy to maintain. It's reliable. I haven't had any problems with it so far. If you're looking for a sporty and affordable motorcycle, I highly recommend the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. It's a great bike for both beginners and experienced riders.

    Blue colour

Well i am the 1st buyer of sf 250 motogp in my state. There is no better bike than sf 250 in the quarter litre sportbike segment. This bike is solely responsible for uprooting honda cbr from the indian market. As i have owned a cbr 250 also, I can easily say sf 250 is much better. The engine is smoother n more refined, Looks much better than cbr n ktm rcs which look too bad after the bs6 update.Only r15 v3 is close to the looks but v3 is ridiculously expensive as a 150 cc bike.Coming to the performance, It is gonna be 2 yrs now from the date of purchase n this bike never had any major or minor breakdown apart from the battery issue in lockdown. It can be easily used for your daily city rides. With a ground clearance of 165 mm, It absorbs the bumps smoothly.N on a track or even on highway, you can touch 150 easily on the speedometer.I have even gone to the beach side of my state riding it for 4 hrs.N have not felt any pain. With the stock tyres of mrf revz, It is the best bike as rcs also come with the same stock tyre now after the bs6 update n r15 v3 n even ninja 300 have mrf zappers as stock tyres which will last for hardly 2 yrs.The only bike better than it is rr 310 which has become a dreambike after the bs6 update but the only reason i didnt buy it was the unavailability of the blue colour. Finally, I must conclude that my biggest satisfaction came when my mom could sit on the sf 250 comfortably that she could never do on the cbr for 6 yrs.

    Best Performance

As a proud owner of this bike with 25,000 km experience, it excels in the 250 segment. Powerful engine, 35-38 kmpl in the city, 40+ kmpl on the highway at 70-85 km/hr. Vibrations beyond 100 km/hr. Fun and easy to handle, stable, quality build. Paint on the fuel tank is scratch-prone. Good front braking, average rear. Service costs 1500-1700 rupees. Headlight is good but not the best on the highway. Comfortable for short rides, but wrist discomfort on long rides. Pillion comfort up to 5 feet 7 inches.
