Q. Which one is better between Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Yezdi Roadster? Tell the pros and cons of both.
  • Selecting between Yezdi Roadster and Royal Enfield Meteor 350 would depend on several factors such as your budget preference, features required, engine options, brand preference, etc. Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is a good option for those looking for a comfortable city slicker and fancy occasional long-distance trips. At standstill, the Meteor actually feels much lighter than you’d imagine, and when you get going it feels unexpectedly responsive. The sharper rake and the way the new motorcycle carries its weight will put even less experienced riders at ease on this RE. Once you adapt to the quickness and lightness of the steering and the stretched-out seating position, you will find yourself slicing through traffic without breaking a sweat. However, the Meteor doesn’t make a bigger and bolder promise of its own by way of plush ride quality, a greater sense of richness or, crucially, better cruising ability. On the other hand, Yezdi Roadster is lean and muscular-looking, just like the Harley-Davidson Roadster. It comes equipped with all-LED lights, a headlight protector, bar-end mirrors, and a small windscreen. The Yezdi Roadster gets a teardrop-shaped 12.5-litre fuel tank with tank pads on both sides, a split-type seat, and cushioned backrest. The motorcycle is suspended on a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. For braking, it uses a 320/240mm disc setup assisted by dual-channel ABS with 'Road', 'Off-road', and 'Rain' modes. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Click on the link and select your desired city for the dealership dearership details.

Q. How is Bajaj Pulsar N250 and F250 in long rides?
  • These Bajajs use an air-and-oil-cooled 2-valve, single-cylinder engine that uses 249cc of displacement for its wow quotient. Bajaj says they didn’t use triple-spark tech here as meeting BS6 norms reduces the lean air-fuel mixture combinations which the triple spark setup leveraged. There are no ride modes here either. But it is an all-new engine, sitting 10 degrees from vertical compared to 20 degrees on the P220F. It also has offset crank and bush bearings for the balancer shaft to improve efficiency and refinement. Impressively, the engine makes as much power as the NS200 - and its 21.5Nm of torque is the most we have seen on a Pulsar to date. On the road, the sound, the sensations and the performance are oh-so-220! The sound and feel of the engine have a touch of mechanical rawness. No, it isn’t rough! There’s just a bit of a pulse and roar that makes it feel very Pulsar. As promised the engine has a lot of grunts - which means you can leave it between 3000-4000 rpm for all your city duties. In 4th gear, it will pull from 25kmph easily. Yes, the Pulsar has only five gears but performance isn’t lacking, so if you are planning to do long distances even with a pillion you'll find it lets you relax on the highway as well. Along with the performance, it's the practicality of the Pulsar that has made it so appealing. Its 795m seat height lets 5’6” riders like me put both feet down flat, especially because it feels slim. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Q. Being a beginner which bike will be best for me, Jawa42, RE-Meteor or Honda H-ness??!!
  • Selecting between the Honda Hness CB350, Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Jawa 42 would depend on certain factors such as your budget, preference of the segment, performance figures, features required, etc. Jawa is the only bike here using a short-stroke, performance-oriented engine with a 6-speed transmission. Sure it’s fast, but it lacks the retro laidback charm of an under-the-square engine, something we think is crucial for a buyer in this segment. Whereas if we talk about Royal Enfield Meteor 350, it is a good option for those looking for a comfortable city slicker and fancy occasional long-distance trips. On the other hand, if you are looking for a comfortable, easy-to-handle bike with marries old-school charm and modern sensibilities well, you may go for Honda Hness CB350. It gets a prominent thumper exhaust note and it is the most affordable bike in India to get traction control. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Click on the link and select your desired city for dealership.

    much better than before

The bajaj pulsar N 250 is a much better and more refined sibling of bajaj pulsar n160. I have the white colour of this scooter and exterior wise it looks quite good. It has good mileage, enough ground clearance and satisfactory floorboard. The engine is powerful and the seat is comfortable and wide. My friend also has this model and it is quite reliable for daily commute.

Not fully satisfied with the build quality

Bajaj pulsar N250 comes with a sporty appearance but the build quality is not good as expected. it has a refined 250 cc engine which makes my ride enjoyable even in heavy traffic. My experience with this bike is moderate. The suspension works properly. the only drawback I got is that the pricing is higher than expected.

Last month, I took a test drive of this model and it was a very smooth ride, free from hassles, all features worked quite well. Although it is a bit expensive i am still thinking of buying this model for my daily commute purposes. It is not even that heavy to drive plus it is quite convenient.

    Comfort like a car

I got my METEOR after 7months of waiting and after riding it i must say it is worth the wait.I have done 4 days trips with jalendar, shimla, Ropar, Naldehra and many other and honestly the comfort is like a premium car. I want premium build quality and retro look with big bulky bike so i pick this bike. This bike is a peace of mind with high durability and the 350 cc engine is highly torquey of this bike.

    the absolute best for you

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is a popular cruiser bike known for its neo-retro design, comfortable riding posture. I claims its mileage is around 41.9 kmpl, but it may vary depending on riding style and conditions . When i ride it in highways its top speed is around 115-120 kmph. It has a fuel tank capacity of around 15 liters. Due to its heavy weight i feel uncomfortable to ride it in tough traffic conditions .
