[UPDATE: Hero has launched the Karizma XMR in India. It looks muscular, attractive and packs a punch! Check it out here]

A legendary nametag is returning after a really long time tomorrow with the launch of the Hero Karizma XMR. The highly anticipated motorcycle has been teased numerous times, and we now have a fairly good idea of how it looks and what it packs.

The latest teaser shows the silhouette of the bike from the front and we can see that it has sharp design lines all around. The silhouette was also seen in another teaser that Hero shared recently. Also, as mentioned here, we have gathered from numerous other teasers as well that the Karizma XMR gets dual LED projector headlights with supplementary LED units and H-shaped DRLs, the instrument console is an LCD unit with a dot-matrix inset that might show turn-by-turn navigation and welcome messages.

Also, based on what we saw on the teased instrument console, the top speed seems to be 143kmph. The motorcycle will get a 210cc DOHC liquid-cooled engine, dual-channel ABS, and a slip-and-assist clutch – all first for a production Hero bike. It is expected to get power figures of  25PS and 20Nm. The upcoming XMR will get the OG Karizma’s iconic yellow colour option, as revealed here. Before the teasers, we got a glimpse of the bike’s styling when it was spied about two months ago and also got an exclusive scoop of the chassis here.

Hero’s new flagship motorcycle is expected to be priced around the Rs 1.9 lakh (ex-showroom) mark and will rival the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
