Q. Which one is best pulsar NS200 or R15 V3?

Well the r15 looks really cool,however its a 150 cc so it will perform well if a rider weighs 50-70 kgs above that the power to weight ratio will be reduced. Ns on the other hand loves to be revved & it performs really brutal & fast after 6k rpm & above. Alot more factors are there like city usage,weight,fuel efficiency etc. Both the bikes also get different riding position so the r15 is more track focused sorts & the NS is more of street/naked bike, Hence the purpose of bike usage & the weight determines alot to select a bike between r15 & ns200. Also what sushant commented is right the R15 is more refined though

If you want you can consider the fz25 also as it is fairly competitive in pricing and though bigger engine is more efficient offers good comfort as it can drive at cruising speed at low rpm offers soft suspension and well cushioned seats ns200 is quite firm in suspension setup and it upsets you when you drive on bad roads otherwise the bike is good seat height is high so might not suit everyone performance is best.also Yamaha has announced R25 so if it comes anytime soon you can go for that it would be better performer on flat roads

R15v3 has too much of an aggressive sitting positionYou will suffer from back aches for sure. I am having both the bikes in my house and I can tell you for sure that you can go for ns200 blindly. It has more torque, power but is just heavier.

Its about preference at the end. naked vs sports.R15v3 can challenge ns200 in every aspect. Even r15v3 has an advantage of low fuel consumption with very well refined engine.

If it is a city commute and don't worry about riding position then r15 gives better efficiency and heats less than ns but ns due to big engine can cruise easily so good for highways also apache is good considering city commute and medium distance travels as it has short wheelbase and soft seats

I faced the same question 5 years ago. and went for the pulsar 200ns. i am happy with my decision.To others facing the same problem, i can suggest that if you want to look good riding on your motorcycle, go for r15. In all other cases go for ns 200.*RS 200 is also a good option.

NS 200 is Naked sports and R15 is more sporty bike with aggressive seating position. Find your taste, have one spin on both the bike and decide it yourself.

We need to accept those big brands are the well build and tested. This two are has its best according to their purpose. If you are considering the price, well NS200 is the best for its category but when to quality, build and features, the R15 has the upperhand.

NS200 is really good for city riding. It's nimble and easy to ride and manoeuvre. So for more city riding go for NS200. Pillion rides aren't the most comfy on R15. If you are riding solo, then R15 is the best possible bike you can go for.

At good budget you get a good 200cc bike... Ns 200But duke looks more hiteche although the built quality is not so got compared to the ns200

Both bikes are best at their work.... If you want good pickup at lower rpm then r15 and if you want good power slim naked look then ns 200

The way you want to Commute matters a lot, if its highway trip or long ride, both are good bike but NS will be better for very long ride. In Metro city for daily commute again i would suggest NS over R1.

Please don't compare these bikes because these two cater two very different segments and though the R15 has less power yet it gives a real good battle before it loses and in my opinion it commendable.

Offcourse its the 200ns you should go for 1. Upright position of seating 2. Steel perimeter frame is best for city3. Low maintenance cost4.more power to weight ratio and u can also opt for abs version

Brother these are 2 different kind of machine's ones a naked and other ones got fairings on . depends on what you want look and aggressive performance or comfortable sitting with a power benefit.

Dont compare Ns200 with v3.That does not even makes sense. Ns200 proves to be better in every respect than the r15v3, unless you want a sporty looking bike(v3) than a muscular looking bike(NS)

Both bike have different uses and r15 is 50,000 more expensive then ns.If you like to go on long rides then go with ns200But if you ride only in city then go with r15

What do you want from bike thats important. Both are best at there place.

If you want sport bike then go for v3.. if you love naked bike then go 4 ns200...

For city traffic always go for naked bikes rather than fairing one's..... As its got a very high difference in ride position in which naked bikes ride better

R15 because it's mileage is better than 200 ns and top speed is nearly 150 too

The ns 200 is a better bike for city traffic. also better price, better look. The only advantage of the Yamaha is slipper clutch in city traffic.

If you are looking for high tech track focused bike then R15. But if you like relaxed riding position with good grunt under the saddle, go for NS

If you considering r15 also see the fz25 it is by far the best of both world comfort and performance with better economy than ns200

R15 is a sports track bike , so you have to lean very much . If you daily commute with it you have to go orthopedics frequently .
