Q. Which is better between Activa 5g or Activa 125?

Anshul | 5 years ago0 ReplyBest is to go with N-torq in the similar price range. My family is loyal to Honda so we have Grazia, Activa, Aviator. Now, i use these 2 vehicles on regular basis - Duke 390 and N-torq. SR150 which my brother uses. To be honest... I think SR150 is best but it is highly overpriced... Now lets come to the price section where activa belongs... So, after riding its all siblings... The best one is N-torq which is a TVS brand. I was a Honda loyal customer just like my family but N-torq is way better in every aspect so i had to move to N-torq. I would advice you the same to go with N-torq. It is the best choice.. You better take a test ride of all the three vehicles then purchase which one you feel best comfortable with..
Maratha | 4 years ago0 ReplyDepends on you brother, if you want to spent less money and more mileage, you can buy activa 5g/6g, but if you have no budget problem, than you can buy activa 125, although they both have same mileage, but activa 125 has better performance, better comfort, better braking power and a powerful engine with great pickup, and no problems in winter, while activa 5g/6g has problem with engine in winter

Birun | 5 years ago1 ReplyRight now I dont used TVS and activa 5g and heard that jupiter is good overall. Also we need to think about maintenance of the bike or scooter. In my experience, activa 125 is good and comfortable to use and also easy for maintenance. Moreover this I know some of the basic servicing things of activa. As for YOUR QUESTION, MONEY_FOR_VALUE, as per the sources both 5G and 125 have same cost for maintenance, milleage is better in 5G and price is also less in 5G. Due to less price insurance of the scooter will be less. Almost same features and comfort except Engine CC. Now the FINAL ANSWER IS ACTIVA 5G (VALUE FOR MONEY)
Abhishek | 4 years ago1 ReplyActually u have answered half of the question..Std is 110cc and activa 125 is 125ccobviously more pickup and power then stddiff are 125 gets telescopic suspension in front and 110 doesn't get oneand 125 also offer disc in front as an optionseat is wider in 125 when compared to 110seat height is more in 125125 gets semi digital console whereas 110 gets old analog consoleflickability in traffic is better in 125after being a bigger one than 110..125 is slim(less width)throttle response is superrb in 125giving half throttle in 125= full throttle in 110mileage is almost same but 110 has 2-4kms upperhand here
Arihant | 4 years ago0 ReplyActiva 125 has a more refined engine than 5g. 5g lacks modern features the brake quality isn't up to mark and plastic quality isn't that great. In the other hand active 125 is smooth to ride, and has a super smooth 125cc engine and disc brakes comes with an option but in 5g you wouldn't able to get disc brake.

Siva | 5 years ago3 ReplyIn both cases the manufacture has to improve the following points for betterment of the customer. 1. The suspension of the scooter is not up to the standard and results back pain both the rider and the pillion rider. 2. The pillion rider foot rest while stopping will make disturbance when the rider stops the vehicle. That means the rider leg and pillion rider foot rest will come into contact simultaneous. Take a test drive before decide which one improves the above remarks.

Best decision would be take 4 test rides. 1) Activa 5G, 2) Activa 125, 3) Suzuki Access 125, 4) Ntorq... After taking these 4 test rides you will be able to choose whats best for you
Rohit | 5 years ago0 ReplyI'll suggest you to go for tvs. I'm not satisfied after buying activa 125 Take test drive of activa 5g and than tvs Jupiter whichever you like go for it Jupiter has more power than activa, Better average than activa,and more comfortable That's all you need if you are buying something
Kumar | 5 years ago1 Reply125 is ok for normal daily commute. Good fuel average due to low CCs. 5G is more fuel efficient due to better engine but is a little costly than 125CC. It has a better response on the road. So you will have to decide based on your pocket size and/or usage of the two wheeler.
