Certainly it's Access 125 which is more comfortable in pickup, handling and performance along with mileage.. when compared to Activa 125.

In activa u get large sitting area ,where as in access is lighter than it,so it depends on u what u need

Activa 125 provides a little more cushioned comfort but i personally prefer performance over comfort...i have traveled for more than 67kms on Access and it was fun
