Yes, Suzuki service has been a hit or miss. In comparison, Honda, even though they are also not providing exceptional service, they do have more options, where a person can go easily for service if they are not satisfied by a dealer. In terms of long term reliability, Honda Activa has been around for more than a decade and has proved itself. However, the Access is a new entrant, and though it has been going strong, I think Activa holds up better over the years.

Suzuki access 125 is worst and I get sensor issues and vehicle will stop in running.second problem is battery.i got battery issue. All these problems in 9 months of purchase. Many users say after bs6 the vehicle is having these issues.Manufactures should seriously took action to avoid this issue.if you buy digital panel model you would experience some other issues than above mentioned problems.Price is almost 1 Lakh but a unworthy product

No, in terms of refinement, I feel the Activa 110 and 125 are more refined. Though the sounds from the engines maybe due to poor maintenance, as I know a few friends who have been using the Access for quite some time and it runs smooth. One of them which had issues was very poorly maintained. However, in terms of a trouble free experience, I think the Activa does give a better trouble free usage.
