New Activa 125 has some latest features like BS6 engine, LED lights, external fuel filler, etc..but access 125 is less cost than Activa..both are doing good..based on your budget and your likes, you can choose either of these two

I have used both Activa and Access.I will strongly recommend you to buy Access 125. Go for the mid variant which has disk brakes and Mac-wheels. IF you want you can change the mirrors from black (default fitted by company) to chrome. The looks of the vehicle changes dramatically with chrome mirrors.I personally didnt like the Special Edition variant.

As per your question, activa and acess donot fall in the category of bikes / motorcycles. However access latest bs6 must be good. But check if you can get bs6 petrol also

Humne pichle saal january mei activa 4g liya tha release hone ke saath saath, aaj uska mileage meri 6 saal purane access se bhi kam hai. Servicing of both vehicles has been done on a regular basis, fir bhi ye haal hai.

Owned both but have an Access now. Sold my Activa in four months. Activa is good and reliable but the Access seemed better in carrying a pillion. Not sure about the latest features etc. My Activa was the 100 cc one.
