I would rule out the Fascino first for the following reasons : 1. Poor service network,2. No disc brake options 3. Underpowered engine 4. Not value for money as compared to the other two. Other than the retro looks, I do not see anything going for the Fascino. Now, coming to the Jupiter vs the Suzuki Access. Both the scooters are quite good and are closely priced. The Jupiter is 2.5k cheaper than the Access, however its also having a smaller engine. Jupiter does have a better suspension setup, and is more comfortable over bad roads, but the Access is much quicker. In terms of brakes, the Jupiter has a better disc brake setup but Access is also not too bad in terms of braking. Jupiter also gives an external fuel filling cap, however, that has both its advantages and disadvantages. Though its quite convenient, there have been a few reports of water entering the fuel tank due to improper sealing. To summarize, if you are looking for a quick and peppy bike, then Access 125 would be a better option. However,if you are looking for a more comfortable commute with a good dealer/service network, Jupiter would be a better option.
