Worst brand, Worst service, Worst quality.Not reliable.My icon model has discontinued, Dealer says.No spares.I am doomed.

I have purchased falcon scooter, 29.01.2022, @ 4.Sk complex kk motors uttarahalli maun road, Channasandra, Bangalore 98 from the day one i'm facing mileage problem it was gives 29 to 39 km per charging, But they received my vehicle on 26.03.2022, And sent my vehicle battery to dealer and returned my vehicle on 16.05.2022, But still now not rectified. This is the one of worst company to rectifying problem they people have no idea for problem solving capability and irresponsible people are their company.

Absolute pathetic service from vasai dealer, Battery issue sorted after 2 months, They don, T have any back up battery.Do not buy this scooter, Plastics poor quality, Poor range.

After 2 months of research and collecting / listening to both negative and positive feedback - finally purchased one with an intention of 'Go Green' Benling e-scooter, battery run 250watt motor is carrying me 14kms in 36 mins to officeThis scooter is taking me 60 kms with one full charge of battery, travelling through the mountains and valleys of Hyderabad roads With Li-ion battery capacity of 60v 22Ah (one full charge = 60 x 22 = 1320W = 1.3 units of electricity consumption and 3.5 hours to full charge), it takes appx Rs. 7 to Rs 10 to travel 60 KmsI drove with my family (1+1) totaling to 120 kgs and did not find any difficulties in reaching home, safely back.With 'Anti-Theft' alarm pre-installed - it gives a loud alarm for 2-3 mins (and repeats again if detected again) and chances are there, for the intruder to leave your vehicle alone! Very bad company.Three round of interviews by hr head, Cfo and coo done and shortlisted for plant hr head bhiwadi.Waiting for the offer letter and continuously follow up.At the end reply is that business is very down and position on hold.So don’t join this company because no survaival conditions of this company.They are wasting time only by taking interviews.Having no salary being budget for paying salary of the employees to this company.Very bad product.

Best ev in electric segment.I have drive more than 4 ev but i found this scooter is very good for indian road condition and suspension is far better than any other ev.So definitely go for it without any doubt.

Writing review after driving 3 months.Over all experience is ok ok (ampear is much better than bounce in same price range) driving is not comfortable.If you are driving for 15-20 km you will get wrist pain.Seat lock quality is very poor have changed twice in 3 months.You will get seat lock sound (tic-tick.) through out your driving.With new charger it's take 6 hr to get full charge.Once it's get full charge you can drive max 51 km.You have to swap the battery 🔋 once 10 km is remaining.After 2.3 software update its not giving correct value.In display it will show 10 km however you can't take it for 500 meter.Vehicle will be off.Have checked with their service team they told once average shows 15 km left don't drive plug 🔌 it for charging.
