Recently Asked User Questions

Q. Should I buy Bajaj Pulsar 220 F BS6 or BS4?
  • My suggestion is go with bs4 model. 1. bs4 cost is low compare with bs6 model.(near about 10,000/-).2. bs6 torque and speed is reduce compare with bs4 model.3. only one changes done by bs6 model i.e pollution reduce compare with bs4 model. remaining all is same.
  • I drove Pulsar 150 over 2 lakh km with in city in Bangalore. Iam sure Iam eligible to answer your query. In my view, always old vehicles are strong and having more torque compare to similar new model. In short go for 2019 or early 2020 model Pulsar 220F as it offers BS4 norms with ABS. Mid 2020 onwards you have BS6 which offers little less pickup and torque.
  • BS6 but you will have to wait for some time as it's not yet launched

Q. Which is the best bike, Bajaj Pulsar 220 F or
  • Both the bikes are good in their forte. The Bajaj Pulsar 220F is a popular streetfighter motorcycle among enthusiastic riders who do not want to burn a hole in their pockets, the Pulsar 220F is powered by an updated 220cc fuel-injected motor which makes 20.4PS, which is 0.53PS less than the BS4 variant. The torque remains the same 18.55Nm. It continues to use a 5-speed gearbox. There’s no change in terms of underpinnings. It still uses a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Anchorage is provided by disc brakes at both ends paired to a single-channel ABS. On the other, the Yamaha R15S remains one potent small-capacity supersport for beginners. In its version 3.0 guise, it has become sharper and more focused, making it great for sport riding or track enthusiasts. However, the aggressive riding stance could cause discomfort if you intend to use the bike for daily commuting and the quality of components has also gone down. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your city accordingly for dealership details.
  • Here it's as per the buyer. I being a 220 owner can share my experience as per my concern 220 is way better in all aspects Pulsar 220 cc will cost you around ₹1,40,000/- whereas R15 v3 150cc around ₹ 1,60,000/- on raid in mumbai major ratio seen I have even completed 126000 km with out any engine opening or clutch plate changes till date from 2015.
  • I think u go for pulsar 220 f.because as maintenance wise it will cost u low. not very aggressive position . u r wrist will not get pain after long drive.even if u have girlfriend on u r rear.even if she stick with u r back when u riding u will not feel weight. 😄. So go for pulsar 200f

Q. Which bike is best Apache RTR 200 4V or Pulsar 220 F?
  • Both bikes are good enough. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V has been one of the nicest 200cc motorcycles in India, and the 2021 iteration elevates its potential to another level. It is sharp and agile while maintaining friendly power delivery. It gets features like adjustable front suspension and hand levers, which are unheard of on bikes in the same segment or even a step higher. On the other hand, Bajaj Pulsar 220 F is a popular streetfighter motorcycle among enthusiastic riders and the price is also affordable. The Bajaj Pulsar 220 employs a 220cc single-cylinder air-cooled, fuel-injected engine churning out 20.4PS at 8500rpm and 18.55Nm at 7000rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Click on the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
  • I have ridden the pulsar 220 F for more than 30K kms. I also took a test ride of RTR 200 4V.As per initial pick up, I felt that the RTR is a litter higher side. This is lighter and quicker that 220.The engine of 220 is more than 10 years old. So this is refined and all its initial problems are fixed. This is one of the best engine of bajaj. Both have vibration issue which is the signature of both bajaj and TVS.My vote is for 220. You should take a test ride before buy. If you are a tall person , you like 220. For an average height, apache should be a better option for you.
  • If you want good pick up and top speed than definitely 220f but if you like some childish features like 0-60 timer lap timer than go for rtr200 and you consider about looks as it varies from people to people

    Great bikes

One of the great bikes by bajaj in the pulsar segment.During its launch it was a real sizzler however with new technology and market demand many segments and brands are way about it now however it would still give you a rich experience.I still remember bajaj as" buland bharat ki buland tasveer - hamara bajaj".

Long term vehicle : Bajaj Pulsar 220 F

Having owned the Bajaj Pulsar 220 F for over three years now, I have really gotten to know the ins and outs of this bike. It is powered by a 220 cc engine with 20 PS power and it really shows its performance on highways with its thrilling acceleration. The styling is aggressive and has a charm that still turns heads. On the downside, the Pulsar 220 F is on the heavier side weighing about 160 kg which makes it a bit cumbersome in urban traffic. The mileage is not impressive either, I get about 35-40 km/l, which is less than ideal for my daily commute.

The Bajaj Pulsar 220 F has been my adrenaline comp

The Bajaj Pulsar 220 F has been my adrenaline companion for a while now and oh my man what a ride it has been. Its 220 cc engine, belting out 20 PS of power and 18 Nm of torque makes every throttle twist a thrilling chase. The bike's sporty aesthetics and the aggressive riding stance it offers are simply unmatched in its segment. Plus the project headlamps ensure that night rides are as clear as day.But like any thrilling story this one has its twists too. The fuel economy is around the 35-40 kmpl mark, making it a bit thirsty compared to its younger siblings.

    a package filled with excitement

The Bajaj Pulsar 220 F is a popular bike in India known for its sporty performance, muscular design, and powerful engine. It offering good performance for city riding and highway cruising. It claims a mileage of 40 kmpl. It can accommodate a rider and a pillion passenger, but the pillion seat might not be ideal for long journeys. Talking about the safety the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) is available in a single variant. There might be competitors with ABS as standard in this segment.

A Year with My TVS Ronin

After owning the TVS Ronin for over a year, I have my fair share of joys and gripes. The 225.9 cc engine is a powerhouse, delivering 20.4 bhp which makes highway rides exhilarating. Its unique design is a head turner, combining modern and retro elements. The seating is quite comfortable, even for long durations, which is a plus on longer trips. However, the Ronin's weight (159 kg) can be a bit difficult to handle in dense traffic. I also find the mileage a bit disappointing at around 35 kmpl which is a significant factor for daily commuters in India.

    wonder is where ronin is

In past few months we purchased some bikes in which TVS Ronin is also their . It is a newcomer in the Indian bike market, positioned as a scrambler-style bike that blends retro design with modern features. My Ronin gets a 225.9cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled BS6 engine. This engine offers enough power for city riding, highway riding, and even some light off-road . Overall TVS Ronin is a good choice for riders searching a stylish and versatile bike.

TVS Ronin:Retro Charm and Classic Appeal

The TVS Ronin has an old-fashioned look and a chic feel which is simply nostalgic for a bygone era of classic bikes and an era that appeals to the retro and classic lovers. Customers highly regard first-rate accessories including its classy design, smooth engine, and flexible seating that makes a ride gathering for a family a breeze. Glass door splashbacks and multiple internal mirrors are appealing when it comes to the showroom looks, and bonus features like LED lighting and loads of storage points assistance in daily use. Contrary to that, however, some users are asking for more power pimpernel and think about a suspension depending to provide a smoother rate over a stony way of driving.

It is a very nice bike to ride and the experience with this bike is really enjoyable and gives flexible experience and it respond very well and the design of this bike is definetely awsome and the quality of this bike is also great.
