    My suggestion is go with bs4 model. 1. bs4 cost is low compare with bs6 model.(near about 10,000/-).2. bs6 torque and speed is reduce compare with bs4 model.3. only one changes done by bs6 model i.e pollution reduce compare with bs4 model. remaining all is same.

    I drove Pulsar 150 over 2 lakh km with in city in Bangalore. Iam sure Iam eligible to answer your query. In my view, always old vehicles are strong and having more torque compare to similar new model. In short go for 2019 or early 2020 model Pulsar 220F as it offers BS4 norms with ABS. Mid 2020 onwards you have BS6 which offers little less pickup and torque.

    BS6 but you will have to wait for some time as it's not yet launched
