Highways pick

Ntorq race xp is really good on highways pick up and overtaking tyres are very good and it gives a confidence while riding.Worry about mileage my ntorq race xp given me 38 to 40 kmpl and it runs more than 15000 and about service cost is moderate. You can enjoy the rides on highways but seat is not much comfortable as compared to burgman street.

Valuable scooty

One of the most valuable scooty in india which comes with high comfort and average mileage. The sound quality of exhaust was preety good then other scootys and the driving portion was good for 5.4 to 6 feet tall persons.Resaling value is also good then other company scooties and there is no voice or vibration came.I use this scooty about 4year and about 25k km but till now i didnt face any ptoblem on scooty.Tillnow i just spend money on tyres and engine oil.I suggest to buy this scooty.

My Experience

I bought bs6 standard model in march 2021, Till now I have completed 12000 km. So, If you are planning to buy this scooter this will help you a lot. Pros- 1) pick up is great, Easy to maneuver in traffic. 2) sound has so much bass at lower speeds. 3) it's meter, That's again a usp of this scooter 4) if you drive sensibly in eco mode with the right tyre pressure you can easily get mileage of 45-50 according to the traffic you face and around 55 on highways at a constant speed of 50-60 5) engine is good and is reliable for long-term usage with mint condition 6) broader tyres give a better grip on roads. 7) build quality is also good as i have met with an accident at a speed of 50, Scooty also dragged on the road but only a few scratches and nothing else 8) looks are another merit of having this scooter, For youngsters and college students, its looks are great. Cons- 1) it's maintenance because its service is in every 4 months and they change the oil once in 8 months and clean the clutch shoe in 8 months while they can do it at an interval of 8 months only this thing only increases the service cost and labor charges. And if we do not do the service in time there will be a warranty lapse. The First 4 free labour charge services will cost you around 500-600 and paid service will cost around 1500. Even cars and other scooters also do not want that many services. 2) vibrations are there at lower speeds if the clutch shoe is not clean. Every 8 months(approx) or 8000 kms it becomes dirty in city areas. 3) mileage because if you want the thrill of this scooter and if your riding style is aggressive then it will give you a mileage of 30-35 in the city which is very low. 4) back pain on long rides as the seat is small. Long rides conclusion- if you want to drive in the city for normal. Usage and want a reliable scooter with good power and sound then this is the best choice for you.

Underseat storage

5.0

I think the NTorq is the best 125cc scooter in the Indian market. It's a perfect balance between the conventional 'going to buy sth' scooter experience and performance-oriented motoscooter segment. It can do jobs of both worlds. I'm getting a decent mileage of 40-45 kmpl which is not bad and is compensated by it's unique design n look. The performance is great, churns out 9.4 PS of power and can easily reach speeds of 90kmph. It can touch the magic 100 too. The torque provided by the motor is amazing. Overtakes are pretty easy. Rider comfort is great. The suspension is stiffer than the Activa or Access but it's not as stiff as Aprilia. It handles the roughness of Indian roads with ease. The pillion experience is better than any other scooter in the market. It's a fun scooter, easy to maneuver and park. Don't get me started on the first in segment bluetooth connectivity. It's really helpful (atleast to boast about). The navigation works like a charm. It shows the last parked location making it easier to search your ntorq among the crowd. Talking about the underseat storage, it has 22 ltrs of boot space but it's design makes it difficult to fit a full-faced helmet. You can fit a modular helmet just fine. The 12 inch tyres provide a great grip, even in the rain. The front disc provides a good bite but the rear drum doesn't do the job well. You get performance and comfort in a single package. Lastly, the quality of the switches is top notch (just TVS things). Now the maintenance and service center efficiency varies from place to place. In Bhubaneswar, it's time taking but satisfactory service.

I bought TVS Ntorq in April

I bought tvs ntorq in april 2019 and have ridden about 7000 kilometers since. The biggest con for me has always been the mileage. With the recommended tyre pressure per the manual, I've got 20-25 kmpl in the city and about 30 in on the highway. But with 40psi in the rear and 35 in the front(the default at fuel stations) which is way way more than prescribed by tvs i.E.28 and 24 respectively, I've been getting 40kmpl lately but not more than that which is okay now i guess.Rest everything is fine. The performance and the overall throttle response is good for the city but not too good in highways.I enjoyed flicking it through traffic very much on busy delhi roads but not on the wide roads of jalandhar where all the vehicles on the roads are bigass cars and you can't overtake any of them as the average speed on the roads is about 90 km/hr.Breaking could be better but is fine for a scooter i guess.Suspensions don't do a very good job at absorbing the shocks from potholes.Engine is smooth.Boot space is fairly good.Exhaust note is very good. And that's pretty much it.

Bluetooth connectivity

4.2

Long Term Review :Using it since October :Pros :1) Performance : Best in segment, no vibrations, stable and smooth throttle response.2) Exhaust : Stands out from the crowd with its bassy sound.3) Design : Looks Ultra Modern and has huge road presence.4) Utility : 22L bootspace, Front Hangers, LED DRLs, Out of the seat petrol inlet, this is a real practical scooter.5) Console : Instrument Cluster is way ahead of its class infact its similar to the one on Apache 200 4V. It has Bluetooth connectivity and GPS support.6) Tyres : With 12 inch alloy wheels and thickness same as that of Apache 160 tyres are beefy and sporty.7) Braking : Braking is confidence inspiring due to SBS and Disc.Cons :1) Mileage : I drive in congested areas of Delhi with huge traffic and I get around 30 kmpl, on City Roads and highways expect a mileage of 40+.

I am using this scooter for about 2 years now and i have no complaints, I had 2 accidents but was lucky that i didn't had any major damage but my scooter was badly damaged, The alloys were bent and it was wobbling, I bought my scooter from powai to vashi in that condition, Thanks to the tubeless tyres otherwise i had to toe it.I named my ntorq and his name is raftaar.
