one of my best decisions

This Enfield boasts a modern 650cc engine with electric start. The upright riding position is comfortable for cruising, but the seat can get firm on longer rides. Suspension is basic but decent for everyday riding. The Classic 650 is priced competitively compared to other retro bikes. It's a good value for the price point . It comes with basic safety features like disc brakes and halogen headlamps. if you crave the latest features, a plush seat, or top-notch fuel efficiency, you might want to consider other options.

I bought this vehicle and

I bought this vehicle and gifted my son on his birthday on 14 jul 2022.After 3rd servicing on 19 jan when he complained that sometimes the brakes fail, After this the service adviser explained my son how to apply the brakes, Sometimes in brake oil bubble gets generated and brake slips, For this he told some technique to my son.But this technique was not applicable in emergency and they met with an accident on 23 jan.Later when i asked for brake change system and proper support, I was told there is no issue in the vehicle.I was told re engineer will be inspecting the vehicle and resolving the problem.Later the complaint was closed without any satisfactory answer.Again i called the re customer care on 06 feb, They said the regional technician will call but neither i got call from anyone nor the is properly serviced. Not only this leg guard costing approx 4k, That is also low quality, One small joint is given which alone cost rupees 1k, Where i feel the company is aware the product is of low quality which will break frequently and customer will buy keeping in mind the safety of legs.So i would suggest if you are planning to buy the latest royal enfield classic 350, Think and buy because life is more important than prestige. The changes and disc given are problematic in this vehicle.
