The 450cc ADV is set to debut in the coming months

New images of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 have emerged on the Internet. Unfortunately, since we don't have the rights to the images, we aren't sharing them. The images allowed us to observe new details of the upcoming adventure bike.

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has been spotted a number of times before, and quite a few things about the ADV are already known, including its taillight integrated in the indicators. This time, we get to see the bike’s CEAT dual-purpose tyres which are not on sale yet, hinting that these could be developed specifically for the 450cc ADV.

Just like the Himalayan 411, its 450cc sibling comes with the jerry can mount on the sides of the tank. For the Himalayan 450, Royal Enfield has upgraded the frame with loops which would help owners mount different luggage accessories and jerry cans more securely.

Royal Enfield appears to be testing different levers for the Himalayan 450. The test mule had a chrome clutch lever and a black brake lever. While a clear view of the console is not seen in the images, the circular unit, likely to be a TFT one, has been mounted high behind the smoked windshield, much like a navigation tower on a rally raid bike.

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is likely to debut later this year, and it is expected to be priced at around Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom). This Royal Enfield adventure bike will lock horns with the KTM 390 Adventure, which recently got wire-spoke rims in foreign markets.
