Diwali 2023: Top India-bound Firecrackers Unveiled At EICMA 2023 highlights

EICMA 2023 had a lot of firecrackers in the form of two-wheelers and a lot of them will be coming to India too. So as Diwali begins and you get started with actual firecrackers, here are some of the hottest firecrackers from EICMA 2023 that’ll come to India soon: 

The Royal Enfield Himalayans

Royal Enfield first showcased the Himalayan 452 at EICMA 2023 and it looks fantastic! In fact, we’ve even ridden the bike and here’s why it’s very impressive. It’ll be launched this month itself and we think it could be priced at around Rs 2.80 lakh, ex-showroom. It’ll then go up against the KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.

Along with that, on display was the Himalayan Electric. Here’s when we think it could be launched. 

Ultraviolette F99

What absolutely stood out, especially among electric bikes, was the Ultraviolette F99. A 265kmph top speed with a kerb weight of just 178kg… sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Have a closer look at it here.

Kawasaki’s 500cc Bikes

Kawasaki then unveiled the Ninja 500 and the Z500, bikes that’ll eventually replace their 400cc siblings. They both pack a TFT console, keyless ignition and a parallel-twin engine.

Honda NX500

The other Japanese brand,Honda, updated some of its motorcycles and brought back the iconic CBR600RR. But what was relevant for us was the NX500, the bike that’ll replace the CB500X. And you should be excited for this because we found the CB500X’s engine to be a lovely one when we first rode it back in 2021.
