Cbs is combined braking system meaning when you press only the back brake then the front will also be pressed combined.Good for safety as don't have to press both brakes. Special edition of access comes with some cosmetic features such as chrome mirrors different colored seat,charging port for mobiles and floor mat.The major difference is the disk brake you get in special edition instead of the normal drum brakes.There is no change in the performance and engine of the vehicle

In special edition you will get black Colour alloy wheels and disc break with CBS, and in CBS you will get drum breaks with CBS. but my suggestion is go for special edition with disc break.

Seat cover crome mirrors alloy wheels with disc and charging socket are standard in special edition but in the other it is optional and a flag logo near the name

Special edition gets circular chrome finished rearview mirror , leather seat,disc. while these are missing on cbs

Color coding will be changed.. Chrome mirrors will be a standard part... Also a charger
