R15 v3 has twice the mileage of dominar and luks more sporty than dominar. if you want attention with gud mileage and satisfactry speed..go fpr r15 v3 and on the other hand dominar has powerfull engine , greater pick up, and top speed, and built quality is far better than r15v3

As a beginner u should opt for R15 V3 as it is light weight and has less power. Dominar comes under cruiser bikes with high number of cc's and more power.
