    Tvs victor does not have great value for money as hero splendor, I do not have much idea about new victor, but the 3 valve technology is total failure as compared to 2 or 4 valve engine. I suggest you better take advice from the owners of new victor. I have old victor which is really a good machine.

    In my opinion if you want to get proper value for your bike don't exchange to seller where you want to buy a bike .You can get more amount if you will sell it in other place except bike showroom.
