Q. Cbr 250 or r15 is a value for money in 2019

If your option is between this two I would suggest to go for R15v3(I'm a big yamaha hater) but v3 is now been updated and looks absolutely stunning , cbr is a sports tourer but just paint scheme nd headlight modification won't help it and it's been 8 years of same bike and no update. if you can have a budget for cbr try the new dominar and if u can add some more cash then try the KTM 390(a whole package at a cheaper price)

If your purpose is touring then CBR should be your choice. little bit comfortable that R15.but if your purpose is to just go to work or college, then R15 should be your choice.it all comes down to comfort and purpose.

R15 would be good but there are still more bikes that offer b**g for buck (dominar)......
