Amazing vehicle.When i purchased this.Dealer told me we ll give you best service.After 2 year they proved it.Amazing after sales service.

Writing this review after six months of use driving experience is ok product build quality is very poor within six months vehicle i have got my throttle, Back plate, Good case, Central locking system changed because of inferior quality.After sales service us very poor.To get the battery tested you will be charged without any reason on top of that you have to drop the vehicle for 3- 4 days still no guarantee whether the job will be done or notspeed and pickup is goodfoot rest space is good.

Only one best word for this company and product, Bogges and scammer in all sector, Like ride, Service, Quality, All.After purchase you will pray to god, For don't brakedown your bike under warranty, If you go to part change under warranty, Then company will5 to 6 months, And no guarantee to take how many time after that.

Terrible experience with hero optima.Battery failure nightmare.I purchased hero electric optima a year ago for business purpose at hefty price of 78000/-.Just 4 months before the battery failed.Being on warrant the company has failed to give replacement of battery.It has been 4 months and no proper commitment from company.Like me more than 300 customers have faced the same issue and the bikes are stand still in their service centres.Don’t purchase this bike.

Pure chinese items, Worst quality of plastic parts.Even a parking bulb in scooter is chinese.Only good thing is that, It is working fine with decent milage.

Actually optima cx is very best ev scooter, Very comfortable sitting space and very nice look with smart lock with remote features and many more.

Good in everything, But at a time we can't use break and horon.
