That's the same case as the Pulsar models, which too have received a price hike with no significant updates in years.

Still, what does favour the Avenger 160 Street is that the pricing of the Suzuki Intruder, the only other traditional cruiser in the sub-200cc space, is Rs 20,000 dearer. In fact, the Intruder is just Rs 2,000 more affordable than the Avenger 220 Cruise, and the latter is undoubtedly a far more powerful and capable highway mile muncher.
