After TVS and Yamaha, Royal Enfield and Bajaj have joined the GST 2.0 bandwagon as well. Both the bikemakers have announced that they will pass on the benefits of the GST price revision to their customers. This means that all their motorcycles which come under 350cc, will fall under the 18% GST bracket over the current 28% GST. Here’s a price list of all the 350cc Royal Enfield bikes, and the top 5 bikes from Bajaj that will get the biggest price drop after September 22, 2025:

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 17,972
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is the manufacturer’s highest-selling motorcycle in India for quite some time now. The renowned heritage design language paired with a 349cc thumper churning out 20.21PS and 27Nm make the Classic 350 a fan favourite. The motorcycle’s top variant is currently priced at Rs 2,34,972 , and it is expected to become affordable by Rs 17,972. This means that the new ex-showroom price will be around Rs 2,17,000. Expect the more affordable variants of the Classic to become even more affordable - and this goes for all the variants of other 350cc Royal Enfields as well.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 17,366
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350, sharing the same engine and chassis as the Classic, is Royal Enfield’s oldest bike which is still in production. As a result the motorcycle has developed a cult-like following. Currently, the Bullet’s top-end variant is priced at Rs 2,20,466 and after the tax revision, it is expected to come down by almost Rs 17,366 making the new ex-showroom price Rs 2,03,100.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 14,150
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is the brand’s lightest and the most affordable motorcycle in India. With the 2025 update, it has improved by miles in terms of comfort and ride quality. Hunter’s top-end variant costs Rs 1,81,750, and is expected to become cheaper by almost Rs 14,150 bringing the new ex-showroom price to Rs 1,61,600. A great deal in our opinion!

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 18,345
The Meteor 350 is a cruiser based on the J-series platform, and it’s also the best-selling cruiser in India. The motorcycle is deceivingly agile for its looks and delivers a fun riding experience - as long as the tarmac is smooth. The Meteor 350’s top-end Supernova variant is currently priced at Rs 2,32,545 and with GST 2.0, it will be priced at around Rs 2,14,200. That’s a drop of Rs 18,345. So if you are in the market for a cruiser, holding your horses till September 22nd might be the right move for you!

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 18,981
The Goan Classic 350 is a bobber-styled factory custom which is based on the Classic 350. With some beautiful colour schemes on offer, along with a chilled-out riding experience, there’s nothing like the Goan Classic 350 in India - especially at the price it comes at (Rs 2,40,381 ex-showroom, Chennai for the top-end variant). After the new GST rates are enforced, the motorcycle will become more affordable by almost Rs 18,981. Accordingly, the new ex-showroom price will also drop down and be Rs 2,21,400.
All prices are ex-showroom, Chennai, the exact savings may vary depending on the state.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 14,940
If you are in the market for a sports tourer, waiting for a few more days will most likely get you a great deal on the Bajaj Dominar 250. The motorcycle is currently priced at Rs 1,91,654 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and after the new GST rates are applied, the price will drop down by almost Rs 14,940, bringing the ex-showroom price to Rs 1,76,714.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 14,463
The Pulsar RS200 is Bajaj’s only fully-faired motorcycle in India. With raised clip-on handlebars, a very aggressive design language and a fairly powerful engine, the Pulsar RS200 is a great option for someone who’s looking to get their first sportbike that’s comfortable for commutes, and can also let you have a bit of highway fun. The motorcycle currently retails at Rs 1,85,306 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and after the price drop, it is expected to become more affordable by Rs 14,463. So with the new ex-showroom price being Rs 1,70,843, the RS200 will surely be an option you cannot ignore.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 11,532
Bajaj’s flagship cruiser, the Avenger 220 Cruise, is currently priced at Rs 1,47,827 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Avenger 220 is fairly refined and fuel-efficient, and can also handle highway speeds without much stress. But after the new GST regulations, the motorcycle is expected to become more affordable by Rs 11,532. This means the ex-showroom price will be just Rs 1,36,295 - making it an excellent value-for-money cruiser, undercutting its nearest rival, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 considerably.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 11,267
The Pulsar N250 is a sporty 250cc streetfighter from Bajaj’s stable, and was one of the first bikes to be equipped with Bajaj’s all-new air-oil-cooled 250cc engine. With an upright riding posture, a relaxed engine with a strong mid-range punch and some sporty looks, the N250 is a great overall package that costs Rs 1,44,326 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle is expected to get more affordable by almost Rs 11,267 after the new GST regulations are enforced from September 22, 2025. As a result, the motorcycle’s new ex-showroom price is expected to be Rs 1,33,059.

Expected Price Drop - Up to Rs 11,180
The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is the RS200’s street-oriented sibling. It ditches the faired look for a more streetfighter one, though gets the same engine, packing a mighty punch. The motorcycle currently costs Rs 1,43,213 (ex-showroom, Delhi) but when the new GST rates are applied, the bike is expected to become more affordable by Rs 11,180. So the new ex-showroom price will come down to just Rs 1,32,033. Just like Royal Enfield, here too the savings may vary depending on the ex-showroom prices in different states.
On the flip side, expect the bikes above 350cc - the Royal Enfield Scram 440, Royal Enfield 450cc and 650cc range, as well as the Bajaj Dominar 400 and the Pulsar NS400Z - to get costlier. This is because as per the new GST 2.0 norms, bikes above 350cc will attract a flat 40% GST - a 9% hike from the previous 28% GST with an additional 3% cess. So if you’re planning to buy one, we’d suggest you hurry and get the bike delivered before the September 22 deadline.
