Triumph Motorcycles has taken the wraps off the 2026 Triumph Speed Twin 1200 TFC, bringing back its exclusive Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) badge for the fifth time. This special edition is limited to just 750 individually numbered units worldwide, making it the most exclusive Speed Twin ever built. It carries a price tag of USD 25,000 (approximately Rs 24.03 lakh).

The new Speed Twin 1200 TFC is based on the Speed Twin 1200 RS but gets a host of premium upgrades along with a more sporty riding experience. In fact, it is also seen as the spiritual successor to the now discontinued Triumph Thruxton TFC.
More Sporty Than Before

The biggest change comes in the riding position. The bike gets low-mounted clip-on handlebars and rearset footpegs, giving it a more committed, café racer-style stance. It also replaces the RS’ Marzocchi front fork with fully adjustable Ohlins USD fork, while the rear gets matching Ohlins twin shock absorbers.

Braking duties are handled by Brembo Stylema radial brake calipers, while Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tyres should promise excellent grip. All this should make the Speed Twin even more capable when ridden enthusiastically.
Same Engine, Premium Touches

Powering the motorcycle is the same 1,200cc parallel-twin engine that produces 103.5PS and 112Nm. While the performance figures remain unchanged, the upgraded suspension and premium cycle parts should offer a more refined and engaging riding experience.

The Speed Twin 1200 TFC also gets several exclusive cosmetic upgrades, including an Akrapovic titanium megaphone exhausts with carbon-fibre end caps, carbon-fibre mudguards, side panels and heel guards, along with a unique Obsidian Gold paint scheme with metallic gold flakes. Despite the lightweight carbon-fibre parts, the bike weighs a claimed 214kg (wet), which is just 2kg lighter than the Speed Twin 1200 RS.
Limited-Edition Collectible

Every Speed Twin 1200 TFC comes with a laser-etched billet aluminium top yoke carrying its unique production number. Buyers also receive a signed certificate of authenticity, an indoor motorcycle cover, and a waterproof seat cover, adding to its exclusivity.
Triumph has not confirmed whether the Speed Twin 1200 TFC will be launched in India. However, we hope the brand allocates at least a few units for enthusiasts in the country, considering its limited production run and collector appeal.
