Driving a classic 350, one

Driving a classic 350, one can feel the boost in confidence. My driving experience was 90% smooth. With few1long trips once in a while, I never had any complaints. I am satisfied with the power delivery, the handling,1the weight, the posture and overall feel of the bike. The best things according to me are its nice road1presence, grip on road, nice and tight braking, adequate power and comfort for the driver. However, the1refinement could have been better. For some people, vibrations make them feel lively, but for me, i don't1personality like them specially in long highway cruises when i need to go 80 kmph. It vibrates like a1tractor.The mileage is something i never measured.. It was not a ground breaking factor for me to be honest..1and i never expected a good mileage with 200kg machine with 350cc.. The average mileage is nearly 30-351kmpl.Build quality, paint quality, overall aesthetics are good except the cable management.. It doesn't look1tidy enough. Bikes like honda cb350 got it right. After sales services were good. I was felt at home when1visiting the service centres.. The staff was good and polite. Also, the roadside assistance was excellent. The1service cost was justifiable.. I service it once a year and it costs around ₹1.5k.Over all, good purchase.. Never regretted it!!

The Timeless Icon

Owning and riding the Classic 350 is less about getting from point A to B and more about the experience of the journey. Having spent significant time with this bike, here is my detailed breakdown:Driving Experience & Engine Performance: The J-Series engine is a massive upgrade. It retains that iconic "thump" but without the soul-shaking vibrations of the older models. It’s incredibly smooth at city speeds (40–70 kmph) and feels planted. The torque is available right where you need it, making city overtakes effortless.Build Quality: This bike is a tank. The metal-heavy construction gives it a premium, sturdy feel that plastic-heavy competitors just can't match. The fit and finish on the tank and casing are top-notch.Mileage & Pickup: For a 350cc heavy cruiser, the mileage is respectable, hovering around 35–40 kmpl depending on your riding style. The pickup isn't "sporty"—it’s a gradual, linear surge of power that suits its character perfectly.Comfort & Service: The upright seating position and well-padded saddle make it great for long rides. Royal Enfield’s service network is vast, so maintenance is generally stress-free, though service costs are slightly higher than a standard commuter bike.

Classic 350: A Bike I Still Enjoy Riding

5.0

I’ve been riding my Royal Enfield Classic 350 for around 3–4 years now, and till date it’s my favourite1bike. From the beginning itself I was attached to it, and that feeling is still the same. In the initial years,1the mileage was pretty good. Over time it has reduced a little, which is normal for any bike used regularly.1But one thing I’ve noticed is that whenever I give it for proper service, the bike feels fresh again. The1engine smoothness comes back and it almost feels like riding a new bike. The sound is honestly one of the1biggest reasons I love this bike. That classic thump never gets boring. Control and stability are also really1good — the bike feels solid on the road. Sometimes, just to test it, I leave both hands from the handle for1a second and the balance is surprisingly good. Riding comfort is great, whether it’s daily city rides or1longer rides. The bike has its own road presence and people still turn their heads when it passes. Overall, for1me, there’s no doubt — the Classic 350 is the sexiest bike I’ve owned. It’s more than just a bike,1it’s something I genuinely enjoy riding every day.

RE CLASSIC 350

I didn’t choose the royal enfield for speed or flash. I chose it because it brings calm into a noisy world. The moment you see it, the bike carries a a quiet confidence. It doesn’t demands attention, yet people1notice it everywhere, from traffic signals to roadside stops. Riding it feels grounding. The engine isn’t1aggressive it’s composed and steady in comparison to the bs4 model. It’s 349 cc engine makes about 20 PS1and 27 Nm torque, and it cruises well around town and on highway without demanding high speed. The engine is1smooth and steady. On the road mileage tends to be around 35-40 kmpl, depending upon how you ride and how1well you maintain your bike. The seating and ergonomics make longer ridesComfortable and easier on your body, 1although the weight could be noticeable to some riders especially when reversing the bike. Riders below 5.51might feel the bike discomfortable. The classic old vintage look is why most people buy it for. The bike parts1are easily available at local as well as authorised service stores. The bike is not for everyone but1definitely for Alpha males
