Pulsar RS200 update

  • Bajaj is updating its Pulsar family, with refreshed RS200 caught on test for the updated NS200 now open at select dealers.
  • The headline change is an upside down front fork, replacing current conventional telescopic unit.
  • It also gets a new TFT console, revised switch gear with direction controls, hazard switch, adjustable clutch and a covered charging port that is likely USB Type-C.
  • The 200cc engine should stay largely same but may get a small power increase like the NS200.
  • Ride and switchable traction control are possible but unconfirmed.

I have owned this bike for about 8 years now, bike is extremely reliable, and the performance is great considering a 200cc motorcycle. Only on being there are vibrations starting from 4k RPM and building up till 11k.

The mileage is not good. This bike is not made for daily usage, This bike has a good styling but it is not1comfort enough, The build quality of this bike is like ok - ok means normal. The maintenance cost for this1bike for a middle class family is a little bit high but you can manage it because it doesn't cost to much.

Being completely honest I love the bike for its sharp looks and zappy performance but at the same time I do1have to say that the seating position is quite stressful for long rides especially for the shoulders and the1hands due to the clutch being a bit hard and the handle being a bit lowset, Also the seat is quite thin which1tortures your supporting structure. The gears of the bike are smooth and snappy addingto the quick1acceleration feel, even though the bike has a mid power engine. Also to keep in mind the generous price of the1bike itself. I personally think that the bike it quite value for money keeping in mind the long market run the1bike and the brand itself has had. overall I think it's not only me but every other Indian that loves this1bike from a long time. In conclusion I believe that it does have it's cons but the snappy gears and sharp1positioning makes it a overall fun machine to experience even as a beginner.

I Own a 2016 BS3 Rs200 and i Done 60,000 KM on it and i real appreciate that bajaj give a ultimate performance bike at1friendly price. I also started using Daily and it is really a good choice. Rs. 200 is really a value for money Bike. Also I have install some performance parts on it like Chain Socket, spark pulg etc. Rs. 200 Never Disappointed me. And Now i am just waiting For Bajaj to lauch Rs 400 with old iconic Bumblebee look..

very smoothly because i am using this bike now so smooth and powerful bike and torque is so good and very faster speed is so pretty because my top speed on this bike is 100 to 150 KM/hour and this bike look so god and engine power is so historically fast so i like this bike and this bike colour.
