Major difference is BS 4 has carburettor & BS 6 is fuel injection . BS 6 is good in performance.Moreover you will get BS 6 versions in RE showroom . NO BS 4 stocks

Both are same, in BS6 just catalytic converter is used to meet the pollution norms.
