Q. Is this fully electric or petrol - Jupiter?

I have jupiter zx scooter.I can drive this scooter easily.Due to the voice command and navigation system i can reach my destination easily.It is more comfortable to sit in.The only problem is its headlight must be turn on all the day during driving.
