First of all depends how u are riding... if u hold the clutch and accelarate then u wont get the mileage. 2nd issue is correct air pressure and condition of air filter and spark plug. 3rd is the residue or dirt deposit in the tank and carburetor. 4th is the chain adjustment not proper. 5th is the quality of fuel you are putting on your bike and the engine oil you are using. check the above and if u are still not satisfied visit the authorised service center and report your problem.

Bhai city mein itna hi deti hai, claimed average highway ka hai, city mein baar baar break and clutch ka istemal hota hai isliye 55/60 ka average hi deti hai, Mai mumbai jakar aaya hoon apni sport bike se, highway par 90+ ka average diya.

As I said I get my bike serviced at the right time, and i think all these things are checked up well at the centre. I think, my previous Splendor was better, it claimed 80 kmpl and easily delivered 70+. As far i can see, I am not the lone sufferer.
