Q. Which model of bajaj pulsar 150 is best in its all model. STD, NEON, CLASSIC, DUAL DISC. please suggest me ASAP.
  • Neon and classic are the same because neon comes in 3 colors now, neon silver (CLASSIC), neon red and neon lemon. Now, STD and neon have a difference in stickering, as neon doesn't come with stickers and STD comes with stickers. Pulsar 150 Dual disc is pulsar 180(dimension wise), with 150cc engine. It has fatter rear tires as well as rear discs. Also, the front disc is larger. But it misses out on kick starter.I have mentioned all the facts. Measure your pros and cons and decide.
  • Neon is the base model of the pulsar 150 in terms of pricing. It has a simple look as that of the classic but no graphics available and as a result the price is much low. Std and dual disc and classic are more or less same. They have color options with graphic designs. Dual disc have engine cowl and engine guard.
  • Dual diac is best as per feature wise. Neon is cheapest version. Engine specification is same in all variants. You can buy any according to your budget and feature preferences. Also consider Yamaha's FZs-fi v3.

Q. Which is good Pulsar 150 Neon or Pulsar twin disk ABS?
  • If someone is looking a bike in low budget then he can go for neon but if youre budget is high then go for twin disc it will not change performance. The only change is in breaking system and looks..Nothing is going to change other than that.
  • The difference between these two models is that one has single disc single channel Abs and the other one dual disc single channel ABS. The twin disc has a body graphics, engine cowl, belly pan and thick rear tyres.
  • If you are an experienced rider and want to save little money Neon is the answer.ABS is recommended if you like riding at high speeds since it comes in handy for emergency braking.

Riding the Bajaj Pulsar 150 - A Mixed Bag

Two years down the line with the Bajaj Pulsar 150, I had my fair share of highs and lows with this mid range performer. The 149 cc engine is robust, delivering a power of 14 PS which makes overtaking on highways a breeze. The mileage figure stands decently at around 50 km/l ,which is decent given the fluctuating fuel prices. However, despite its performance perks, the gear shifting is a bit clunky which can be a turnoff. Another downside for me has been the braking system which lacks the initial bite, although the bike is equipped with ABS.

    Impressive engine performance

It gives great confidence while riding and it gives great ride but the design is like old design. The engine and feeling of driving with this bike is really impressive and the comfort level of this bike is very good but the features is not good. The suspension is very good and is a very trusted bike from Bajaj and is a very great value for money bike with higly perfomer engine and the price is also good and is a great bike for me and the resale value of this bike is also very good.

Owning a Bajaj Pulsar 150 has been like going on a long, sometimes bumpy but mostly exhilarating journey. Since the day it became mine, the bike with its robust 150 cc engine making 14 PS of power which makes it my perfect companion through whole city roads. The power delivery is smooth and for city rides it feels just right. Plus its iconic design never fails to make a statement. The ride quality could be better. On rough roads, the suspension feels a bit on the stiffer side.

    it is an attraction magnet

The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is a popular commuter motorcycle in India, known for its blend of performance, affordability, and features. The Pulsar 150 gets a 149.5cc engine. I claims a mileage of 47.5 kmpl . The Pulsar 150 offers a comfortable riding posture with a slightly raised handlebar, a cushioned seat. It can comfortably accommodate a rider and a pillion passenger. It lacks additional safety features like airbags or traction control that might be found in some bigger bikes .
