Good bike but poor service.Every time if any small problem occurs it’s very difficult to get service.

Very poor service.My bike charger not working, Service centre are unable to correct it since two months.Every time if any small problem occurs it's very difficult to get service done.

Yes 100% correct. Worst brand & worst service. I'm traumatized.My benling icon model got lot of problems. I don't recommend Benling to anyone
