Vehicle is nice, But service is very very worst.Company and show room is not taking a responsibility.In this vehicle battery is trontek company, Very worst responsibility.Dont go to purchase electric vehicle particularly benling and pure vehicles.One in delhi and another in hyderabad.

Waste of money don't buy this scooty customer care people also not responding my scooty battery is problem that is in still warranty that telangana distributor is said me as they are no chance to service this battery purchase new battery why are these guys are cheating customers don't purchase this scooty

Bike is almost ok, But maintenance service very very bad.I strongly advice to public don't buy pure e bike, Company side no response very poor customer service.
