When you are going a bigger cc bike your should avoid looking at the mileage and look for fun. for your knowledge if you ride aggressively, you might get somewhere between 25-28 kmpl. but if you ride it like any other bike cruising at around 80-90 km you should get nothing less than 33 kmpl. that what my 3.5 year old bike gives me

I am not sure about Duke 250 as i own Duke 390 - 2018 edition with TFT display. Most of the time i ride pretty rash and fast which include sudden acceleration and sudden braking. The mileage i get even after such rash riding is 28 kmpl.

Duke 250 will be the better choice if it is city. Duke 390 is better suited for long distance travel. Mileage in my D250 is ~34kmpl. My friends with D390 gets ~27kmpl in city
