1.Driving experience and comfort level: i must say this car provides extreme luxury at this price point.The car is very silent and the ambient lighting provides sense of calmness and luxury during night drives.2.Mileage and performance:the mileage is descent enough for the power it delivers.The turbo engine provides enormous torque and power to bring in fun and joy driving the car.3.Aftersales service:kia has setup a good service infrastructure and i have no complaints yet.Servicing is done efficiently and customer satisfaction is completely taken care of.Would definitely recommend to those who want to have a great mixture of power and luxury at this price point.

Pathetic after-sales service.My car went in for accidental damage claim.Though i was promised a cashless claim in writing, It wasn't approved, Idk why.My car has been in the kia service center for over 3 weeks and yet they do not have the complete parts to fix it.When i call them, They keep on delaying and no listening or proper grievance redressal mechanism is in place at all.Worst experience than any other automobile company ever.Buy from kia only if you would like to waste your time, Effort and get irritated while they sit there and do nothing about it.

7 months and 10000 km into owning the car find it unrealiable and poor build quality with sudden car stopping using the services of rsa to get it towed to the service station with each time the car takin over 15 days to get repaired as parts are simply not available with service station.With such experience am more comfortable using my 7 year old honda car rather than new kia as the discomfort simply dosent allow my conscious to use it on long journeys.Avoidable product as it's unreliable.

Hi, I brought kia seltos diesel base model in 2021 and i am enjoying the ride experience, Performance and interior.Con's : headlight lighting is less compared to other cars.Safety given around3.5 by ncap, Service need to improve pro's: good mileage, Drive experience, Interioroverall i can say 3.5 rated car.Need improvements in service and safety rating.

I have sonet htk+.Very bed experience in this car.Light is very slow.Steel wheels is very bed look.Not comfortable car.

Htx ivt 1.5 petrol - lovely driving experience with awesome road presence.Many first in class features truly give a lovely user experience.Touch screen is very responsive and kia connect features are really advanced.Navigation is smooth.

Very good car in driving full adjustable seats comfort in sitting ac is too powerful and there is heavy engine which gives us best driving experience better in its class from scorpio safari bolero creta etc.
