Issue 1 The map is a complete waste. I entered the location of my club and it navigates me to a hospital.The map has no idea about the traffic, as there is no realtime calculation of traffic. Google maps are far better than the inbuilt kia mapsI have communicated with my dealer i.e Shreenath Kia, Thane. The name of my sales person was Varun, He suggested us to use google maps. The map was a huge attraction for the customer but in real it is of no use. Issue 2The second issue is always the mileage. Kia commits its 16.7kmpl average, but in reality the average is about 8-9 kmpl for the petrol dct variant. The average is 50% less than claimed by kia.When I raised the complaint about average. I was informed it will give you this average at expressway. Will we drive daily to expressway?Issue 3Kia took some additional insurance amount by mistake and after 2 weeks of continuous follow up, we still haven’t got any reply from kia.

Actually Kia Seltos is a very good car now it has covered 12000kms maintaining very well earlier when I bought this car it was running like buttered and was getting a mileage of 15 kms per liter after crossing 9000kms its performance and mileage in city has come down i think the car needs petrol additive which brand is recommended i don't know and i also started using premium petrol only but recently a kia service mechanic advised me not to cross 2 rpm and i knocked a mileage of 17.8 per liter on the express highway so what might be the problem with not performing like earlier and i inflate the car tires regularly three or four days and I have a tire pressure monitor system on my car and my tyre pressure is 36psi i would like to see some good advice about proper maintenance of my car earlier which i used to have pleasure in driving what should I do to improve performance should i add engine oil additive ok nice driving.

I am writing this review after 6 months of driving a Kia Seltos. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this car. There is a heating issue in the engine. You will drive for around continuously 2 hours then this issue will come. A continuously beeping sound will come until the engine is not cool. And for complete cool down you have to wait for 2 hours. Before that, if you are starting then after a few km of drive you will face the same issue. Another issue is auto Android disconnection while on a long drive. Don't think it will give mileage Sales person told me it will give 15kmpl in the city and 17 km on the highway. But in reality 6-7 kmpl in the city and around 10kmpl in the highway. Sometimes in the city, it will be 3-4kmpl if you are in traffic. Don't think if mileage is low then performance will be good. You can't race with a hatchback car. Sometimes Nano will give you competition. If you are highlighting any issue with Kia then they will give some silly reason.

Hi, I have purchased seltos htk imt diesel, It was delivered 2 weeks back.Existing imt users, Anyone faced issues with creep/crawl/hill start assist functionality in first gear in imt gearbox, When i am stuck at traffic signals, And roads has small slopes like 5 degrees or 10 degrees, Then in first gear, The crawl/hill start assist functionality does not work as expected, My car rolls backwards slightly and i have to manually press accelerator asap to avoid further rollback.The car does not hold for 3 seconds at all, It rolls backwards as soo as i release the break.Same thing happens for reverse gear, If there is 5-10 degrees slope, Car moves forward, And i have to press accelerator asap to avoid movement ahead.Fyi, Hill assist feature working fine on steep slopes in hilly roads, Mall ramps.The car holds for 2-3 seconds and enough time to move ahead without rollback.
