Battery is supposed to run 70 kms, I was given one that did 50.Instead of giving me a new battery and take back the problem battery i was terribly inconvenienced.The road side assistance service is also useless, Had to wait 4 hours, So passed on it and paid for another service.In one day the light horn stopped working and they had to change a part for it to work.Which clearly shows that they sold me a defective piece as a brand new one.Just going with it since the time i bought it in mid jul 22, I wouldnt recommend this brand to anyone.

Bought the loev model in june.Scooter was good initially but now it has started giving problems.No service center available.Parts are sent by courier from jaipur.So if you have any problems then you have to arrange service by yourself and 10-15days wait for spares.Better go for brands that have service center in your city.Regret buying this scooter.

The battery is from okaya which fails within the warranty period.The skills of the technicians are not upto the industry standards where a new issue is seen after they service the battery.Please do not go for this bike or any bike with okaya battery.
