Q. I have a problem with my vehicle?
- After 1.2 years of usage, the scooter only gives 10 Km milage. It gets switched off when the battery level is 80%. Battery quality is worse. Service for 3 months no proper response still having issues not able to use the vehicle, although 2 years warranty is there for the battery. Have sent several emails and made several phone calls to customer service no one gives a responsible answerNot worth to buy, other brands are proving battery replacement in 2 days and also provide spare battery. Do you want to waste your time and money?
- Very poor braking system and every month you have to spend on brake wire , their brake wire cost ₹ 750 . And their head office contact no. Mentioned in their website always switched off .

- The price which is shown on the website from different cities give an approximate idea but they do not include dealer handling charges, logistic charges, accessories charges or third party insurance. So, the final quote will be shared by the authorized dealership. We here at ZigWheels, try to get close to the on-road price by including all the basic charges like RTO, standard insurance, etc so that one can make a road map before buying a vehicle.

- The company is yet to reveal details about the motor. The scooter gets a 48V 24Ah LFP battery linked to a BLDC Hub motor.

- Nope, but i wouldnt recommend BattRE unfortunately own one myself
