Q. I have a problem with my vehicle?
  • Very poor braking system and every month you have to spend on brake wire , their brake wire cost ₹ 750 . And their head office contact no. Mentioned in their website always switched off .
  • After 1.2 years of usage, the scooter only gives 10 Km milage. It gets switched off when the battery level is 80%. Battery quality is worse. Service for 3 months no proper response still having issues not able to use the vehicle, although 2 years warranty is there for the battery. Have sent several emails and made several phone calls to customer service no one gives a responsible answerNot worth to buy, other brands are proving battery replacement in 2 days and also provide spare battery. Do you want to waste your time and money?

  • Nope, but i wouldnt recommend BattRE unfortunately own one myself
