October is expected to be a promising month for two-wheeler enthusiasts in India. From sporty updates on popular Indian bikes to a brand-new adventure-ready ride, there’s plenty to look forward to. Let’s dive into what’s coming up this month:
TVS is gearing up to enter the ADV segment in a big way with the Apache RTX 300. Based on the 300cc engine first showcased at Moto Soul last year, this bike promises to have loads of features and be ready for the Indian roads. It has been spotted testing quite a few times and is set to launch on October 15, 2025, just in time for the festive season. While exact pricing hasn’t been announced, it is expected to cost around Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Husqvarna’s Vitpilen 250 gets a meaningful update with a rectangular TFT console, replacing the older LCD console. Dealers suggest a slight price hike of around Rs 12,000, bringing it to about Rs 2.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The updated bike is likely to launch this month.

First unveiled at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo, the launch of Suzuki eAccess has been long overdue. While the production began back in May, it could be launched this month. It is likely to be priced around Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom). The eAccess sports a sharp design, 4.1kW motor, and 3.07kWh battery pack, offering a claimed top speed of 71kmph and a claimed range of 95km.

Hero’s flagship roadster is all set to get a visual and feature boost. The updated Mavrick 440 was spied at a TVC shoot with a matte grey paint scheme, a golden inverted fork, and a bronze engine cover. The TFT console, which was seen at the 2024 EICMA, could also be a part of this kit this time.

Hero’s popular Xtreme range is getting a double refresh this festive season. Both the Xtremes were spied at a dealer meet with tons of updates. The Xtreme 125R receives a flashy red-and-black dual-tone scheme, bar-end mirrors, and a console similar to the Glamour X 125 with smartphone connectivity, ride-by-wire throttle, multiple riding modes, and cruise control. Meanwhile, the Xtreme 160R 4V gets cruise control, a colour-LCD cluster with Bluetooth, updated headlight, sharper graphics, and a single-piece seat. That said, both bikes retain their existing engines and remain mechanically unchanged.

From the sporty updates on Hero’s Xtreme range and Mavrick 440 to the new TVS Apache RTX 300 and Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, October 2025 is packed with choices for enthusiasts. Whether you crave stylish commuters, sporty thrills, or adventure-ready capability, this month promises something for every rider’s taste.
