Honda has launched the all-new ADV 160 and the 2026 Rebel 300 in India. The brand recently showcased both of these two-wheelers along with some other bikes, but now the brand has finally launched them.

Honda ADV 160: India’s First E-85 Compliant Scooter

The biggest highlight here is that this is India's first E-85 compliant scooter, which is powered by a 156.93 cc, liquid-cooled engine. That said, the brand has not yet disclosed the power and torque figures for this maxi-scooter, however in the international market it makes 16.3 PS and 14.9 Nm. Other than this, it gets disc-brakes at both ends, with a single-channel ABS, and the scooter runs on a 14-inch front and a 13-inch rear alloy wheel setup.

The Honda ADV 160 is a maxi-scooter from the Japanese manufacturer launched at a price Rs 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom). It gets adventure bike-type styling along with block-pattern tyres, a split LED headlight, tall visor, muscular exhaust, and a comfortable looking single-piece seat. Along with this, the scooter is available in four striking colour options: Athletic Blue Metallic, Mat Axis Grey Metallic, Mat Dune Brown and Pearl Deep Ground Gray.

Feature wise, this maxi-scooter comes loaded with a 5-inch TFT console with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, SMS/call alerts and music controls. For added convenience the scooter comes with a 27-litre underseat, while for additional safety it gets a switchable traction control system.

2026 Honda Rebel 300: The Most Affordable E-Clutch Equipped Bike

The Honda Rebel 300 has made a comeback for 2026, but this time the brand has kept its pricing in check. At Rs 2.22 lakh (ex-showroom), the standard variant is expensive when compared to some of its rivals, however it is still quite affordable when compared to its previous version. The biggest highlight here is the introduction of the E-Clutch variant of the Rebel 300, which is priced at Rs 2.62 lakh (ex-showroom). This variant is Rs 40,000 more expensive than the standard bike, however it will offer the ease of riding.

The Rebel 300 is a bobber-style bike, which gets a round-LED headlight, muscular metal fuel tank, minimalistic side panels, a low-slung seat and chunky tyres at both ends. It is available in two colour options: Silver and Black, both of which suit the overall stealthy vibe of this bike. It gets a 286 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox. In the international market it makes 30.4 PS and 27.4 Nm. The bike gets an LED projector headlight, TFT console with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and SMS/call alerts. Along with this, the bike gets dual channel ABS, and switchable traction control for added safety.

Both of these two-wheelers would surely give true Honda lovers a moment to celebrate. Also, as these two-wheelers are made in India, this time Honda has tried to keep the pricing in check. The ADV 160 is surely a more expensive scooter when compared to its rivals like the Yamaha Aerox 155 and the Hero Xoom 160, however, the fact that it is E-85 compliant and gets a TFT console gives it an upper hand.

The Rebel 300, meanwhile, is a unique-looking, well-equipped motorcycle. It will rival bikes like the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Jawa 42 Bobber. Overall the striking looks, good features list and decent pricing of the Rebel 300 should make it a good option to consider in the segment.

The Rebel 300 will exclusively be available in all the Big Wing dealerships across India, while the ADV 160 will be available in normal Honda dealerships. Both can be booked for Rs 5,000, and the deliveries will commence from mid-October onwards.
