TVS iQube Gets A New Special Edition To Celebrate 1 Million Sales Figure

MillionR Special Edition

The iQube is TVS’ most popular electric scooter model in India, and it recently  crossed the one-million-unit sales milestone. To celebrate this, TVS has launched the MillionR Special Edition of the TVS iQube. Here’s everything you need to know about the limited-edition electric scooter. 

Cheaper Than The Variant It Is Based On!

The MillionR Special Edition is priced at Rs 1,40,138 (ex-showroom, Karnataka), which is Rs 1,448 less than the standard 3.5 kWh, which it is based on. 

It gets a new  Aurora Green dual-tone colour, and a brown seat, which adds a premium touch to the overall look of this electric scooter. Also, the green shade gives the iQube an upmarket look, and TVS says it is inspired by the Northern Lights. 

More Practical As Well

MillionR Special Edition

Additionally, the MillionR edition gets a front utility compartment, an addition to everyday convenience, and takes the total storage from 32 litres to 35.5 litres. Furthermore, the EV- scooter gets a Type-C charging port as well. 

Same Underpinnings

Other than that, the scooter remains mechanically unchanged. It is powered by a 3.5kWh battery pack and has a claimed IDC (Indian Driving Cycle) range of 145 km. The battery is paired to a 4.4 kW hub motor, which produces a peak torque of 140 Nm.

The electric scooter is suspended on a telescopic fork, while the rear gets dual shock absorbers. Braking duties are handled by a 220mm disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear.

IQube

It gets an off-board charger, which is claimed to charge the battery from 0 to 80 percent  in 4 hours and 30 minutes. The scooter also gets a TFT display along with app connectivity features. 

All said and done, the Special Edition, with the new colour scheme, added practicality and lesser price, makes more sense than  the standard 3.5 kWh variant currently on sale.
