CFMoto Electric Scooter

Continuing the onslaught in the Indian market, CFMoto is planning to launch its electric scooter in the Indian market. Read the exclusive details of CFMoto’s plan for India in this story.

This concept had the brand’s new Cobra powertrain which consists of a water-cooled, mid-mounted IP6-certified 10kW battery. The motor makes about 213Nm of torque and reaches speeds of 50kmph in a claimed time of 2.9 seconds. Top speed is limited to 110kmph.

The vehicle is powered by a Farasis Energy manufactured, pouch-style 4kWh lithium-ion battery. CFMoto claims that in one full charge, the scooter can clock about 130 kilometres. The battery can be charged up to 80 percent in 30 minutes with the fast-charging system.

The Indian model is likely to have different specifications owing to the Indian market's requirement and will be launched in the country by the end of this year.
